A 3 lb. Chihuahua by the name of Molly was designated a dangerous dog after biting a postman in the ankle. Tiny Molly now has to be muzzled when out in public and her owner must take out a one million dollar liability insurance policy. Silly but true. Don't believe me? Read it for yourself here
